Zoe acts for ASX and overseas listed companies, private equity funds, private companies, not-for-profit clients and high-net-worth individuals. Her clients include major institutional investors and property and accommodation businesses operating at significant scale.

Zoe advises on private M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestments, equity investments, capital raising and joint ventures. She also drafts and negotiates commercial agreements including procurement, distribution, logistics and other commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.

Zoe advises The Switch, a student accommodation provider, on its establishment and all aspects of its ongoing arrangements with Nuveen, one of the largest investment managers in the world and the investment manager of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA). She has also acted for BaptistCare NSW and ACT on multiple acquisitions.

Zoe's experience advising institutional-scale investment arrangements alongside private M&A gives her practical depth across both the governance and transactional dimensions of complex investment structures. Her commercial contracting capability allows her to support clients beyond the transaction itself on ongoing operational legal matters.
