Biography
Vicki acts for developers, owner/occupiers, landlords, tenants and property funds across Victoria and nationally. Her clients include major developers, ASX-listed property groups and private landowners operating across all property sectors including commercial, industrial, retail and residential.
Vicki advises on property acquisitions and disposals, leasing arrangements, development, structuring, subdivisions and off-the-plan contracts and conveyancing. She manages due diligence on title, zoning and environmental exposure and structures transaction frameworks across the property lifecycle.
Vicki acts on capital-intensive transactions involving complex development structures, multi-lot staged subdivisions and high-volume leasing programs. Her matters include portfolio acquisitions, residential, commercial and industrial development and sale programs and property transactions for major corporates.
