Biography

Veronica acts for corporations, investors, developers and private clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects across all asset classes. Her clients include major corporations and private landowners operating across all property sectors including commercial, industrial, retail and agricultural.

She conducts major due diligence investigations relating to the acquisition, ownership and management of property. She also has substantial experience in the preparation and negotiation of all necessary documentation (including contracts of sale, agreements for lease and leases), as well as the completion and settlement process.

Acquisition of international corporation's Victorian headquarters

Acting for an international corporation in the acquisition of its significant new Victorian headquarters in Keysborough and purpose-built leased facility in Queensland.

Office and shopping centre leasing for major private developer

Acting for a major private developer in relation to the ongoing leasing requirements for its office tower and shopping centre.
