Tiago acts for national and multinational contractors, subcontractors and consultants across construction, infrastructure, transport and energy sectors. His clients include Acciona Infrastructure Australia, Hansen Yuncken and international consultants and contractors. He is based in Brisbane.
Tiago advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on risk strategy, claim management and contract negotiation throughout the project lifecycle. His dispute resolution practice covers court proceedings, domestic and international arbitrations (including ACICA, Resolution Institute and ICC rules), expert determinations, and Security of Payment adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (QLD) and corresponding legislation in other jurisdictions.
