Biography
Stephen acts for developers, institutional and private landlords, tenants and investors on property transactions and development assignments across commercial, industrial and residential asset classes.
Stephen advises on property acquisitions and disposals, development structuring, commercial and retail leasing, strata and community title arrangements, and conveyancing. His work spans the property transaction lifecycle from site acquisition and due diligence through to settlement and post-completion management.
Stephen manages transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including major development programs and complex leasing arrangements. He advises on structuring assignments that require coordinated advice across property, planning and tax disciplines.
Stephen has for many years served on various committees for the Law Society and brings this experience and his broad transactional experience to the full property lifecycle. His practice supports the Real Estate team on development projects, portfolio acquisitions and commercial leasing programs.
