Biography

Stephanie's experience includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets or industrial estates such as office buildings, retirement villages as well as petrol stations, undertaking large scale due diligence for both vendor and purchaser clients, advising landlords and tenants with leasing portfolios across multiple jurisdictions including for owners of shopping centre precincts, and preparing documentation for off the plan developments.

Stephanie handles a broad range of complex transactional work managing the risk allocation and negotiation of the relevant contract, lease or development agreement. She provides strategic legal and commercial guidance throughout the full lifecycle of a property transaction including where the matter is adjacent to a business merger or acquisition.

Her family business background and personable demeanour mean that clients trust Stephanie to achieve practical outcomes in time sensitive and high value transactions.

Preparing and negotiating sale of land contracts for the sale or acquisition of retirement village assets in business sale adjacent transactions each in the vicinity of between $15 million and $100 million.

BP

Preparing and negotiating sale of land contracts for petrol station sites for a total value in the vicinity of $30 million.

Adelaide Airport

Advising Adelaide Airport on leasing and property matters, including negotiation of leasing arrangements with multiple tenants in Terminal 1 as well as lease documentation for the expansion of its commercial and industrial estates.
