Rose acts for major Australian and international organisations across a range of industries. Her clients include ASX-listed entities, international companies, government bodies and technology businesses. She is based in Brisbane and is a member of the Practical Law Consultation Board.

Rose advises on employment agreements and policies, executive employment contracts, award coverage and interpretation, management of employee misconduct and underperformance, ill and injured employees, workers’ compensation, redundancy and dismissal. She also advises on the employment aspects of business and asset purchases and sales, bringing a transactions background and commercial practicalities to workforce transitions.

Rose’s matters include the employment aspects of a A$211 million share purchase of TripADeal by Qantas, on-the-ground secondment to an ASX-listed real estate investment trust for ongoing HR and legal support, and award compliance programs for coal mining services providers. She advises international AI-powered platforms and solar developers on employment frameworks across their Australian operations.
