Roger acts for large institutional entities, banks, property developers, joint venture partners and insolvency practitioners. His client base spans lenders, developers and occupiers across property and finance transactions on a national basis.

Roger advises on loan and security documentation, property acquisitions and disposals, development joint venture agreements, leasing arrangements and the sale and purchase of businesses and assets. His practice combines banking and finance with property and commercial law, covering the full transactional lifecycle across each discipline.

Roger handles complex leasing transactions for national occupiers and institutional landlords, development joint ventures and financing arrangements with multi-party security structures. His practice includes head office leasing and fit-out arrangements, portfolio transactions and financing across the property and commercial sectors.

Roger's practice spans banking and finance, property and commercial law, giving him an integrated perspective on transactions that engage all three disciplines. He acts for a diverse client base from major institutions to private developers and insolvency practitioners, and his multi-disciplinary capability enables him to advise across the full transaction stack.
