Rebecca helps a range of businesses, from large multinationals to small family businesses as well as individuals. Her clients span advertising and media, agriculture, aviation, government, hospitality, information technology and mining and energy.
Rebecca advises on employer sponsorship, intra-company transfers, regional visas, permanent residency pathways, and skills shortage strategies. She manages visa application processes, ensures compliance with sponsorship and regulatory obligations, and acts for clients in Administrative Review Tribunal proceedings.
She also advises on visa strategies for establishing Australian business operations for overseas companies and on all forms of labour agreements including Designated Area Migration Agreements and company-specific agreements.
Rebecca’s practice spans more than 20 years of corporate migration work. Her matters include complex regulatory compliance responses to Australian Border Force, labour agreement negotiations and sponsorship compliance programs for major employers across diverse industries.
