Biography

Peter acts for many of Australia's largest and most well-known banks and financial institutions, as well as corporations, businesses and public sector entities. He has developed long-standing relationships with major institutional clients across his career and serves as relationship partner for a number of key clients, including government departments and agencies.

Peter advises across banking and finance, corporate advisory and property matters. His practice covers the requirements of financial institutions across their lending, advisory and operational legal needs. He manages client relationships at the senior level, working closely with institutions to understand their commercial and regulatory requirements and positioning the firm's capabilities to address them.

Peter brings decades of experience advising Australia's major banks and financial institutions, with a practice that spans banking and finance transactions, corporate advisory work and property matters. He has also developed extensive expertise in sport and community governance, serving on international and domestic sporting bodies including the FINA Doping Panel (2000 to 2023), the National Sports Tribunal, the Independent Ethics Commission of the Association of National Olympic Committees and various other advisory and board roles.

Peter's practice is distinguished by the depth and longevity of his institutional client relationships.
