Paul acts for private, listed and public organisations across a wide range of industries, including large Australian and global employers, government agencies and high-profile individuals. His clients span sectors including financial services, manufacturing, transport, health and government.

Paul advises on the full range of employment and industrial relations matters, including enterprise bargaining, termination of employment, restraint of trade, workplace investigations and regulatory compliance. He has also advised on the employment and safety aspects of complex mergers and acquisitions.

Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he has advised state and federal governments on public policy, and advised and acted for a number of large employers particularly in the construction, mining, transport and manufacturing sectors.

Paul brings unusual breadth across employment, industrial relations, discrimination and WHS law. His practice also extends acting for senior executives and individuals as well as employer organisations.
