Melinda advises on property acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, development agreements, strata and community title structures, and conveyancing. She advises on social and affordable housing projects, student accommodation and build-to-rent developments, with expertise in structuring and financing arrangements.

Melinda's practice includes major social infrastructure transactions involving government agencies and community housing providers, as well as large-scale residential development programs. She manages transactions that require coordination across property, planning, tax and finance disciplines.
