Biography
Mark acts for employers across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, transport, financial services, retail, construction and professional services. His clients include private companies, listed entities and public sector organisations requiring specialist employment and industrial relations advice.
Mark advises on the full spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters: employment contracts, enterprise agreements, termination of employment, workplace misconduct, discrimination, bullying and occupational health and safety. He advises on due diligence in acquisitions and sale transactions, assists with workplace problem resolution and represents clients in employment-related disputes and proceedings.
Mark’s practice covers both contentious and advisory work, including complex industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining and WHS prosecutions. He presents regularly to clients, legal conferences, industry associations and postgraduate students on employment law, industrial relations and workplace health and safety, reflecting his standing as a specialist in the field.
