Mark acts for land and property developers, institutional real estate owners, government bodies, not-for-profit organisations and private investors across Western Australia. His clients include major listed and private development companies, institutional investors and not-for-profit property owners. He is Managing Partner of the Perth office.

Mark advises on land subdivision and development from initial greenfield acquisition and development approval through to title creation and settlement, property project structuring and agreements, acquisition and disposal due diligence, institutional and private real estate syndicates, leasing, and development and centre redevelopment transactions. He has acted for developers across master-planned communities, commercial projects, town centre developments and centre and precinct redevelopments.

Mark’s named transactions include acting for Okeland Communities on its A$75 million acquisition of a 252-hectare, 3500+ lot master-planned community site in Bullsbrook; for Mineral Resources Limited on its A$150 million+ acquisition and development of its national corporate headquarters in Osborne Park and its A$100 million+ Onslow Resort workforce accommodation facilit; and for a private investor on a circa A$100 million acquisition of the London House office tower at 216 St Georges Terrace in Perth.
