Marc acts for ASX-listed companies, private equity funds, private companies, not-for-profit clients, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. He is a trusted adviser for several listed companies and private equity funds, and works collaboratively with affiliate firms through international networks for cross-border transactions.
Marc advises on share and asset acquisitions and disposals and capital raisings from heads of agreement through to completion. His work covers both vendor and purchaser-side competitive sale processes, transaction and finance structuring, due diligence, transaction document negotiation, warranty regimes including warranty and indemnity insurance, and managing residual liability. He also advises foreign clients on Australian capital-raising requirements and inbound investment. His team advises on day-to-day legal requirements including procurement, distribution, logistics and commercial contracts and corporate governance.
