Marc acts for major banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and commercial clients. His clients include large property developers, multinational corporations and construction firms. He is based in Sydney and advises on transactions across New South Wales and nationally.
Marc advises on all aspects of property, commercial and finance transactions. His work spans syndicated and bilateral facility agreements, loan note subscription agreements, security documentation, and advice on complex financial structures and trust arrangements. He also advises on the Personal Property and Securities Act.
Marc’s finance transactions include a A$1.2 billion debt facility for a major developer, a A$420 million project finance package for a national bank, and a USD$300 million syndicated facility involving Australian entities under a US Credit Agreement.
Marc’s practice spans banking and finance, property and construction law, giving him an integrated view of how finance structures interact with project delivery and security arrangements. This breadth is particularly relevant for development and construction finance transactions where lender, borrower and contractor interests intersect.

Acting for a national bank on major projects in NSW with a value in excess of A$420 million, including drafting and negotiating bilateral and syndicated facility agreements, structuring and security advice, and due diligence on construction and supply contracts.

Providing advice, documentation and legal opinion in relation to a US Credit Agreement and Joinder Agreement regarding securities given by Australian entities on a USD$100 million syndicated facility.
