Biography
Lucinda works with a wide range of clients, including small and large privately held corporations, private equity funds and their portfolio investment businesses.
Lucinda advises on private M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestments and equity investments. She manages legal due diligence processes of significant size and scope, drafts and negotiates complex transaction documents and implements the completion of these. She works with private equity clients on negotiating and implement investment transactions and also on their exit from investments, e.g. advising on trade sales and management buy-outs.
She also advises on a variety of general commercial arrangements, documenting and negotiating various agreements for clients across different industries.
Lucinda has acted on major transactions including advising DHL Supply Chain Australia, part of German-based Deutsche Post Group, on its acquisition of Australian logistics group The Glen Cameron Group.
She recently contributed to the Anacacia Capital A$280 million continuation vehicle and other significant mandates for Anacacia Capital and its portfolio investments.
Lucinda brings a solutions-focused approach to complex transactions, managing all stages of deal execution from due diligence through to completion. Her experience spans listed and unlisted companies, private equity funds and international acquirers, giving her a broad transactional perspective.
