Leong acts for shopping centre owners, property investors, commercial and retail property developers, institutional owners and occupiers, and . He has over 34 years of property law experience across private practice in three jurisdictions and an in-house role with the Wesfarmers Group.
Leong advises on commercial and retail property development, acquisitions and disposals and commercial and retail leasing. He has a particular interest in leases to major tenants and shopping centre leasing generally.
His in-house experience at Wesfarmers Group gave him direct exposure to the commercial dynamics of major institutional property portfolios.
