Kirsten advises on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial assets. She is well regarded for drafting and negotiating complex leases and for advising on the full range of issues arising in the landlord-tenant relationship, including rent reviews, make-good obligations, incentive structures and lease enforcement.
Kirsten's practice encompasses high-value institutional asset transactions and complex leasing mandates. Her client base includes receivers, liquidators and trustees, bringing experience in distressed and enforcement-related property work alongside conventional institutional mandates.
