Justin advises on the acquisition, development structuring and implementation of major mixed-use and urban renewal projects. His work covers legal framework and transaction document implementation for precincts, major tenant and stream leasing, house and land development and sales, joint venture structuring, funding and profit share arrangements, student accommodation developments and compulsory acquisition strategies.
Justin leads on State Significant Developments involving multiple government stakeholders, complex overlapping interests and tight delivery timeframes. Infrastructure NSW — The Cutaway, Barangaroo, Sydney
Advising Infrastructure NSW on the acquisition, development and implementation of The Cutaway project being an underground and above-ground pedestrian walkway incorporating retail, art and cultural areas beneath the Sydney CBD and Barangaroo Reserve.
Infrastructure NSW — Sydney Fish Market
Acting for Infrastructure NSW in relation to the $750 million relocation and mixed use development of the new Sydney Fish Market, including the negotiation and finalisation of the development and lease documents for the Sydney Fish Market and the creation of a suite of retail leasing precedents for future tenants.
