Josh is a disputes lawyer with particular expertise in commercial dispute resolution, banking litigation and insolvency. He acts on complex and high-value insolvency-related litigation and strategic commercial disputes often requiring urgent court intervention.

Since joining Thomsons in 2018, Josh has continued to build on his established banking expertise and has developed a deeper specialisation in insolvency. His recent experience includes acting in major litigation arising from the liquidation of the IPO Wealth Holdings Group.
