Jeremy's clients include private equity funds, listed companies, owner-managed businesses, family offices, high net worth individuals, foreign companies, state-owned enterprises and large not-for-profit organisations.
Jeremy advises on all aspects of the sale process (both buy-side and sell-side), including offer documents, legal due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, completion (closing) and post-completion matters.
Jeremy's experience includes advising founders on their first M&A transaction to advising sophisticated global corporates on billion-dollar cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions.
