Jemma advises on private and public M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings, corporate governance and company law compliance, and fund reviews and due diligence. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence processes across transactions of significant size and scope.
Jemma has contributed to major transactions including the Anacacia Capital A$280 million continuation vehicle. Her practice spans complex M&A, multi-party fund documentation and corporate governance advisory across listed and unlisted entities.
