Jason acts for local and international clients including public companies, private equity funds and institutional investors on corporate transactions. His industry experience spans a broad range of industries including, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications and resources.

This covers the full range of corporate transactions: mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, IPOs, takeovers, schemes of arrangement and commercial due diligence. His focus is achieving practical commercial outcomes.

Jason's practice is positioned to provide commercial advice to clients which allows them to achieve strategic and practical outcomes.

Acted for Flick Anticimex, a leading pest control and hygiene company, on corporate matters and acquisitions in the pest control and hygiene services industry.

Copulos Group and other shareholders (including CPE Capital) – Sale of Civilmart Group

Acted on the sale of the national Civilmart Group business to CRH plc.

APAC Sustainable Infrastructure Fund (A-SIF)

Acting on a $70 million investment in a major solar and battery development program in Australia, follow-on investments, and a co-investment of $50 million by Mitsui in the YES Group.
