Georgina acts for Commonwealth and State government agencies as a trusted commercial adviser on a wide range of corporate, commercial, governance and ICT matters. She also advises some private sector clients. She is based in Canberra.
Georgina advises on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, information technology law, telecommunications law, public law, and privacy. Her government practice spans procurement, contracting, ICT transactions, governance frameworks and statutory compliance. Prior to joining the firm she worked at Ashurst (including seven years as a partner), Freehills and as an associate to a High Court judge, and has also worked as in-house counsel.
Georgina has been a trusted adviser of Commonwealth and State government agencies for over 25 years, advising on many of the Commonwealth’s most recognised projects.
