Geoff acts for State governments, major construction and infrastructure entities, and international consortia on landmark and multi-billion dollar projects.
Geoff advises on all legal aspects of construction, infrastructure, public-private partnerships, alliancing and defence materiel procurement. He is experienced in the negotiation, documentation and administration of major construction, civil engineering, resources, defence and privately funded infrastructure projects, together with alliancing and the outsourcing of maintenance and other functions.
Geoff is retained on some of Australia’s largest and most complex projects, including landmark PPP deals, multi-billion dollar onshore and offshore construction developments, desalination plants for major international consortia, and major military construction and through-life support projects. He is widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading construction and infrastructure lawyers.
Geoff’s 40 years of experience and breadth across PPPs, defence procurement, alliancing and major civil and building projects is rare at the individual level.
