Major contractors, developers, property owners and government agencies in South Australia and nationally. Clients include ASX-listed companies, large construction businesses and government principals engaged in commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Geoff advises on front-end construction contracting and the full range of building and construction disputes. His practice covers security of payment claims, variation and time-related claims, defect disputes and professional negligence claims against consultants. He represents clients in Federal and State Court proceedings, arbitrations, expert determinations and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Geoff has acted on significant joint venture disputes subject to ICC arbitration, major apartment development contracting in the Adelaide CBD and complex commercial disputes in South Australia’s superior courts. His experience spans both front-end advice on negotiating and preparing construction contracts and back-end management of contested claims.
