Fiona acts for private and public companies, high net worth individuals and families, government entities and not-for-profit and charitable organisations. Her practice spans corporate tax for transactional clients, private wealth and succession planning for family groups, and regulatory and governance advice for charities and NFP entities.

Fiona specialises in federal, state and international tax law, corporations law, charities law and regulatory matters. Her transactional tax work covers income tax, CGT, GST and stamp duty arising in acquisitions, divestments, mergers, pre and post-acquisition restructures, ESOP and employee incentive scheme establishment, and inbound and outbound investment structures. For not-for-profit clients she advises on ACNC compliance, DGR status, charitable structuring and governance. She also advises on Australian residency and cross-border tax issues for individuals and corporations.
