Eu Ming acts for developers, institutional and private investors, and corporate clients on property transactions across commercial, industrial and mixed-use asset classes. His practice includes cross-border transactions and matters requiring foreign investment structuring and FIRB advice.
Eu Ming advises on property acquisitions and disposals, development structuring, commercial leasing, due diligence and conveyancing. His practice includes advising on joint venture arrangements, FIRB requirements and governance arrangements for foreign entities establishing and operating in the Australian market.
Eu Ming acts on transactions with cross-border investment structures, including matters involving Japanese government agencies, offshore co-investors and complex joint venture arrangements. His matters require coordinated advice across property, corporate and regulatory disciplines.
