Her practice includes cross-border transactions with an Asia focus, particularly involving clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, the People's Republic of China and Indonesia.

She provides clients with access to high-level skills in areas that are heavily regulated and highly technical, spanning the full transaction lifecycle from structuring through to execution and governance.

She has also acted on the QBiotics Group A$130 million merger via dual schemes of arrangement consolidating QBiotics Limited and EcoBiotics Limited, and on the Cronos Australia merger with CDA Health. Her practice spans the full range of capital markets and M&A complexity in highly regulated sectors including life sciences and biotechnology.
