Eden has practised in disputes for more than 15 years. His work spans high-stakes insolvency litigation including the Nuheara administration, in which he assisted the lead partner acting for KPMG as administrator of the ASX-listed hearable technology company through a complex administration, Full Federal Court proceedings and High Court special leave application by the opposing party. His breadth of practice means he operates across multiple jurisdictions and disciplines within a single matter.
