Biography
Demetrios acts for government agencies and domestic and international technology suppliers across defence, telecommunications, technology and supply chain management. His clients include ASX-listed property developers and major government agency clients.
Demetrios advises on complex contractual arrangements including major procurement contracts, cloud service agreements, smart grid deployments, infrastructure access arrangements and reseller, supply and logistics arrangements. He advises on regulatory issues relating to infrastructure access and telecommunications infrastructure deployments. He also advises on corporate matters including governance, domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate structures and shareholder arrangements.
Demetrios co-leads with Mark Feetham advice to Lendlease on a telecommunications network supply and implementation contract for two large Build to Rent developments. He has also advised defence contractors on major Australian Government programs including the Offshore Patrol Vessel Program and the Future Submarine Program.
Demetrios's combination of technology, telecommunications, defence and corporate advisory expertise makes him well-suited to complex government technology procurement and defence contracting.
