David acts for listed and private companies across technology, retail, professional services, telecommunications and other sectors. He is especially regarded for his expertise in drafting and negotiating complex purchase price mechanisms in sale and purchase agreements.

David advises on public and private M&A, equity capital markets, IPOs, takeovers and schemes of arrangement, corporate and commercial advisory and corporate governance. He also advises on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance.

David has advised across a significant volume of M&A transactions in the past 12 months, including EBM Capital's participation in the PEP-led consortium acquisition of FMH Group for $1.02 billion, Brennan IT's partial sale to Macquarie Capital Finance, Foil Drive's partial sale to Glow Capital Partners, Total Outdoor Media's sale to Wildstone Capital and Comms Group's acquisition of TasmaNet.
