David acts for telecommunications providers, government bodies and corporate clients on regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and general commercial matters. He has previously been seconded to in-house roles such as Company Secretary, General Counsel and Senior Procurement Lawyer.

David advises on telecommunications regulation, consumer protection law and general commercial matters, including regulatory compliance, terms and conditions review, data breach notification, and privacy policies. He is a contributing author to the LexisNexis publication Communications Law and Policy in Australia, having authored chapters on the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the Spam Act 2003. He has also acted for the ACCC in the first court action enforcing laws protecting small businesses from unfair contracts.
