Biography
David regularly advises on a range of employment and industrial relations matters, including industrial disputes; labour hire arrangements; ill and injured employees; unfair dismissal and general protections claims; underpayment claims; and the terms and conditions of employment.
David is also regularly involved in the negotiation and interpretation of enterprise agreements, the drafting of employment and contractor agreements, and advising on the employment-related aspects of major transactions.
David's experience includes the conduct of matters before various courts and tribunals across Australia, including the Fair Work Commission, the Supreme Courts of South Australia and Victoria, and the Federal Courts.
