Daniel acts for a broad range of clients in the Queensland property industry, including private and institutional property developers, local governments, statutory bodies and commercial landlords and tenants across all industry segments.

Daniel advises on property development projects and commercial property transactions including site acquisitions and disposals, leasing across all industry segments, project structuring and titling, preparation of pre-sale contracts and disclosure documents, and contract risk management and enforcement.

Daniel regularly manages large-scale greenfield and mixed-use developments from inception, working with teams of consultants, councils and government bodies through the full development lifecycle. He has an intimate knowledge of Queensland's property development industry, statutory disclosure requirements and approval processes, developed over more than 20 years in practice.

Daniel brings deep institutional knowledge of the Queensland development market, combining transactional rigour with an understanding of the practical realities of project delivery. His experience spans residential land development, strata and community title, greenfield estates and complex mixed-use projects.
