Dan advises private equity sponsors, Australian and international corporates, and growth companies operating across the technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, media, logistics, food and beverage, manufacturing and building materials sectors.
Dan works with private equity sponsors, corporates and growth companies on acquisitions, divestments, investments, capital raisings and general corporate matters. Drawing on significant domestic and international experience, he is known for his practical approach and ability to manage complex transactions efficiently.
Dan has extensive experience managing sophisticated corporate and private equity transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, continuation fund structures and strategic investments involving complex legal, commercial and execution risks.
Dan combines deep expertise in M&A and private equity with extensive experience across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, giving him strong breadth in advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Advised RP Infrastructure, an Anacacia Capital portfolio company, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Donald Cant Watts Corke (Holdings) Pty Ltd.

Advised Anacacia Capital on its A$280 million continuation vehicle, Anacacia Fund V, involving investments from existing and new investors.
