Ben acts for major Australian and international banks, non-bank lenders, receivers and insolvency practitioners. His financial institution clients include the four major Australian banks.
Ben advises on complex commercial litigation, securities enforcement, insolvency disputes and property litigation. He appears regularly in the Federal Court, State Supreme Courts and VCAT, and represents clients in mediations across Australia.
Ben has appeared in Federal and State Courts for more than 14 years across all Australian jurisdictions. His matters include multi-party litigation involving ASX-listed companies, high-value receiver and manager engagements, contested property proceedings, and enforcement of complex security interests.
