Andrew acts for major Australian and international banks, non-bank lenders, investors, borrowers, issuers, vendors and purchasers. His client base includes large institutions and major companies across a range of industries.

Andrew advises on the preparation and negotiation of funding documents, security documentation and ancillary arrangements across banking and finance transactions. His practice covers corporate lending, acquisition finance, property finance and project finance, with particular depth in South Australia's largest and most complex financing transactions.

Andrew has been part of many of South Australia's largest financing transactions over more than three decades. His experience spans bilateral, club and syndicated facilities, as well as structured lending and complex security arrangements for major institutional clients.

Andrew leads the Thomsons Banking and Finance team in Adelaide and brings more than 30 years of experience acting for lenders and borrowers across the South Australian and national market. He is recognised by Best Lawyers and is known for his market relationships and client focus.
