Alexandra advises private and public clients including high net wealth individuals, family groups, self-managed superannuation funds and managed funds across Australia. Her practice spans tax, corporate advisory for transactions and restructures, trust law, succession planning as well as superannuation advice particularly for self-managed superannuation funds.
Alexandra advises on federal and state taxation applicable to private and corporate clients including income tax, CGT, GST, stamp duty and superannuation.
Alexandra works closely with her client's advisory team including accountants and financial planners to ensure the client is receiving holistic advice and that the advisory team is aligned to achieve the client's objectives.

Advising farming families as to restructure of significant land holdings and operations to achieve their succession planning objectives without incurring adverse tax and duty consequences including the utilisation of small business capital gains tax concessions and the small business restructure roll-over and the family farm stamp duty exemption.

Advising venture capital entities regarding the tax and legal consequences of investments in trust structures (including managed investment trusts and attribution managed investment trusts), companies and limited partnerships (including early stage venture capital limited partnerships and venture capital limited partnerships).
