Alex acts for a broad range of clients including purchasers and vendors, government agencies, leading corporates, landlords and tenants. In the energy and infrastructure space she advises both developers and landowners.
Alex advises on property acquisitions and disposals, large-scale due diligence for property purchases, development projects and leasing arrangements across commercial, industrial, office, retail and rural premises. She also advises on renewable energy and infrastructure projects, assisting developers and landowners to negotiate and secure project tenure, obtain development approvals and financing, and establish other rights required to deliver projects.
Alex has experience on large-scale due diligence mandates for significant property transactions and development projects, including the Lendlease Real Estate Investment divestment of a 50% interest in a major asset. Her renewable energy work involves negotiating and documenting complex tenure arrangements and ancillary documentation across multiple landholdings.
Alex combines transactional property expertise with specialist knowledge of the renewable energy and infrastructure development process, advising across both developer and landholder perspectives.
