Biography

Adam acts for developers, contractors, state governments, universities and manufacturers. He is based in Sydney and has worked on projects throughout Australia and internationally.

He advises on procurement and construction law, and on the negotiation, documentation and administration of major construction, PPP, infrastructure, civil engineering, residential, resources, power, transport, facilities management and maintenance projects. His work spans standard form and bespoke contract structures across the full development lifecycle, from procurement through to delivery and facilities management.

Adam’s matters include flagship commercial and mixed-use redevelopments, large-scale residential and retirement living developments and social housing projects. He has advised on road, rail, health and power infrastructure projects and seven major university facilities. His practice spans Australian jurisdictions and international projects.

Adam brings over 30 years of experience across the full spectrum of procurement and construction law, with particular depth in PPP structures, major property development and university infrastructure. Clients recognise his ability to get across complex project structures quickly and to provide commercially grounded advice informed by how other major projects allocate risk.
