Thomsons has appointed Jessica Jenke as a Partner in its Perth Banking and Finance team, strengthening the firm’s capability to support clients across project, acquisition and corporate financing transactions.
Jessica joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, bringing extensive legal experience and approximately a decade of commercial banking experience at ANZ. She has advised banks, government agencies, private equity funds, project sponsors and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions across the property, resources, infrastructure and energy sectors.
