Thomsons will attend the International Bar Association Annual Conference in Copenhagen from 4 to 9 October 2026.

The conference is an established international forum for legal practitioners and business leaders to engage on current legal, regulatory and commercial developments.

The conference provides an opportunity to meet with clients, professional contacts and counterpart firms, and to continue conversations on matters involving complexity, scrutiny and commercial consequence.

Nicholas Antonas: Nicholas advises on corporate and energy matters and works regularly with clients on transactions and projects with cross-border dimensions. His practice includes complex commercial matters involving international stakeholders and regulated markets.

Sylvia Fernandez: Sylvia practises in disputes and litigation and works regularly with international clients on matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Sylvia is current Junior Vice President of the Law Society of New South Wales, current President of the Spanish Australian Chamber of Commerce and holds the Order of Merit Award from the King of Spain.

Mark Grime: Mark advises on competition and antitrust matters, with particular experience in Australia’s merger reform framework. He works regularly on regulatory issues, transactions and conduct matters with international clients investing in Australia.

Bronwyn Lincoln: Bronwyn is an international arbitrator with substantial experience in cross-border disputes and international matters. She works with clients on complex issues requiring strategic advice across jurisdictions.
