Clerkships
Clerks join practice groups as integrated team members from day one. The program is a genuine introduction to legal practice at Thomsons: the work, the culture and the standards.
Submit your application during the open application period for your state on our Current Opportunties page. Successful applicants will be invited to an online video interview, followed by a Partner interview.
Those who progress to the next stage will receive an invitation to an information evening and networking event, where you can connect with Partners and gain firsthand insight into life at Thomsons.
Graduates
We offer structured Graduate programs in each of our offices which give Graduates the opportunity to rotate across practice groups, developing technical depth alongside in-house training and direct client exposure.
The programs are designed to produce lawyers who can think independently and act with confidence, not just complete tasks under instruction.
